But once in the side, he quickly made his mark, remaining in the team for the rest of the home-and-away season. His nomination came after an excellent 25-disposal display against the Kangaroos. A prolific ball-winner at under-age level, Jones possesses a strong, mature-body for a first-year player. This helped him with his transition into the big time, which he handled with aplomb.
