Deledio has made Rising Star history by becoming the first No.1 selection in the NAB AFL Draft to win the Rising Star the following season. He also joins Nathan Buckley and Michael Wilson as only the third winner to play all 22 games in his debut season. He made his debut as a 17-year-old and aside from that match he accumulated double-figure disposals in every appearance this season. A midfielder/forward with talent to burn, he looms as a decade player at Tigerland.
