Round 15 - Ted Richards
The tall forward was one Essendon’s better players in the disappointing loss to Adelaide at AAMI Stadium in round 15. In that match, the 20-year old finished with three goals on a wet night. After spending the majority of 2002 in the VFL, he has managed 11 games this season despite being in and out of the team. Richards was picked up in the 2000 national draft and has impressed many with his ability to take good, strong marks.
