Technical specifications

This CD-ROM has been developed for viewing in Internet Explorer version 6, Firefox 2 and Safari.

The program will automatically open in a browser window.

Activities

You will need Acrobat Reader to access the activities. If this program is not already installed on your browser, go to http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html to download the latest free version from the Adobe website.

Printing

To print the page you are in, click on the print icon at the top of the page, or press Control-P or Command-P. Select File then Print from your browser's top menu bar.

If images don't print correctly, you will need to enable the Background Printing option in your browser settings.

Printing from the PDFs

Open the PDF of the activity, and use the 'Print' command on the toolbar to print.

Audio resources

To listen to audio-visual material on this CD-ROM you will need speakers or headphones and suitable mp3 player.

Videos

To run the video clips, click on the 'Play' button. Drag the slider to specify where you want the video to begin playing. You will need Quicktime Media Player to play the videos. If this program is not already installed on your browser, go to http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html to download the latest free version from the Apple website.
